Booking

Having navigated our website, we would be happy to respond and discuss any aspects of your proposed trip with you. Probably several E-mails will be required to sort out all the possibilities and the details! Bookings can be made by e-mail. Advance booking is recommended for the reservation of the most convenient flights and the most suitable hotels.

We will confirm your booking on the receipt of the non-refundable deposit of $200 US dollars per person. Payment details on application.

Payment

• A second payment of 50 % of the balance is due on our account 6 to 8 weeks in advance of the departure date. You will be advised of the exact due date after your booking is confirmed.

• Final balance is due upon your arrival in Madagascar.

Trip Cancellations

If for any reason you must cancel the trip, the amount paid is returnable according to the following schedule.

• 25% of the money paid will be refunded to you if you cancel the trip between 15 to 20 days prior to departure.
• No refund can be given for cancellation less than 15 days prior to departure.

If for any reason we cancel the trip, we shall refund all money paid except the non-refundable booking deposit.

Trip Modifications

• Itinerary and prices are subject to change as circumstances may warrant.
• It is always possible that the order of stops will change to accommodate domestic flight changes that are made due to conditions beyond our control.
• Sometimes irregularity of flights or delay of scheduled flights may change our program.

Miscellaneous

• Special rates for upgrading apply during certain periods of the year.
• Domestic flights receive price reductions if your International Flight is with Air Madagascar or with Air France on a reciprocal arrangement)
• The tour package cost is dependent on the category of the hotel and accommodation, that is whether it is full board, half board or just bed and breakfast.

Kindly note that we are not responsible for any loss or expenses due to delay or change of flight schedule, overbooking of accommodations by hotel, sickness, weather, strikes, theft or for any other cause beyond our control. We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance.

Our Commitment

It is our responsibility to ensure that your trip in Madagascar, from the time of your arrival until your departure, is well planned and organized. Therefore, we confirm that we have the ability to ensure with great care all of the services mentioned below.

• Lodging
• Booking of hotel accommodations to your request, according to hotel availability.
• Transport
• Booking of the flights.
• Renting an appropriate vehicle based on the type of tour, group size and, where possible, your specific request (car, 4WD vehicle, minivan).
• Transfers
• Welcome and assistance at the airport on all flights.
